Agreement To Terms and Conditions:

Terms and Conditions:

1. Online Billing Enrollment

  • By enrolling or registering for the Online Billing service, 您表示您希望使用在线计费来在线查看SJW发票.

  • Online Billing Changes and Discontinuation:

3. Conditions for Use:

  • Provide Accurate Information:

  • Guard Your Password:

  • Unauthorized Access and Use:

6. Limitation of Liability:

BY USING ONLINE BILLING, YOU AGREE THAT SJW SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR USE, INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT OR TORT, ARISING FROM ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, THIS SITE. 如果您居住的司法管辖区禁止或不允许这些限制，则其中一些限制可能不适用于您.

7. Indemnification:

  • Amendments:

  • Notices:
